The ‘5 dirham for the first transaction and/or 5th transaction Free Promotion’ is applicable only in Al Dahab Exchange and within the United Arab Emirates.

The promo is applicable for transfer services in Participating Countries/Territories/Regions. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are subject to change, addition, or amendment, at any time, at the sole discretion of the Exchange with notice to customers.

New Customers hereby authorize Al Dahab Exchange to collect & store relevant information required to execute their first transaction while Existing Customers agree to fulfil the number of times, he/she has  enlisted our money transfer services , under the participating country(ies) service & product in this promo, to be eligible for the Free fifth Transaction. 

A customer shall be ineligible for the Promotion, or the Exchange shall be entitled to refuse to apply the promotion or rescind/reverse and cancel any promo terms otherwise earned by the Eligible Customer in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions, if:
required to do so by applicable law,
Where customer fails to satisfy/Breaches the general Terms and conditions.

The Customer is liable to pay revised amount upon activating the PROMO where applicable and as mandated in the terms. In addition, certain countries, services& products are restricted from applying the Promotion.

All undertakings applicable in this promo by Al Dahab Exchange or our representatives/agents/staff on behalf of the Customer shall be at the risk and expenses of the Customer. We, Al Dahab Exchange, or our staff/agent/authorized representative will not be responsible and liable for any delay, mistake, omission, and loss caused due to system issues and force majeure events which includes, without limitation, acts of God or any other circumstances beyond our control.

The Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the promotion, including the conditions of use, location of use and eligibility to use the promotion in any Al Dahab Exchange Branch(es) and understands that the applicability of the promotion is subject to Al Dahab Exchange terms and conditions, the directives of our regulators and the required law(s).

Al Dahab Exchange reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or rescind the promotion at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion.

The Exchange  shall not be liable for and shall not entertain claims related to any benefit/ reward or in respect of any service or product provided under the benefit/ reward by a third party and shall not be responsible to the qualifying customer for any losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees, costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by any of qualifying customer under or pursuant to any benefit/ reward or in respect of any service or product provided/ proposed to be provided by a third party under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
