Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to promote the Exchange House’s remittance, foreign exchange, and payment services.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

•

Manage the company’s website and social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with regulatory and brand guidelines.

•

Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to drive traffic and improve search rankings.

•

Analyse campaign performance data and prepare reports on key metrics

•

Ensure all digital communications comply with applicable policies, data privacy, and financial industry regulations.

•

Support corporate campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives through digital channels.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field (mandatory).

•

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing; experience in the financial services or exchange/remittance industry is highly preferred.

•

Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing tools.

•

Experience managing multilingual campaigns targeting UAE and international markets.

•

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

•

Creative mindset with attention to compliance and cultural sensitivity.

Preferred Skills:

•

Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing credentials.

•

Basic design or video editing skills are a plus.
