- Bank Account Transfer: Money can be directly credited to your/your beneficiary’s account.
- Instant Cash Payouts: Options such as Transfast, Cash Express, Western Union and other similar services are available where money can be delivered in cash swiftly to your beneficiary, in most parts of the world.

How quickly does the money sent through you reach the beneficiary’s account?
The time taken for your money to reach your beneficiary’s account depends on the type of remittance you have chosen and the beneficiary’s location.
Account-to-Account Transfer – 1 to 3 working days in countries where your beneficiary’s bank is a member of the well-established automated payment system. In other cases, 3 to 6 working days, however some countries have instant bank transfers.

What is the maximum amount I can send or exchange without additional verification?
In accordance with regulatory standards, transaction ID details are mandatory for all remittance transactions. Additionally, for transactions exceeding AED 55,000, the source of funds is also required. Similarly, for foreign currency transactions, transaction ID details are necessary. Moreover, if the transaction surpasses AED 55,000, providing the source of funds is mandatory as well.
What is the minimum amount I can send through the Al Dahab Exchange?

Customers will receive an SMS notification for each remittance transaction, and they have the option to inquire about the transaction status by calling the dedicated branch or sending an email to operations@aldahabexchage.com or calling Toll Free Number 800-32422 (DAHAB).

An amendment form will be accessible for making changes to the transaction, and customers can request cancellation by providing a valid reason either in person or via email.
