5. Enter the Draw

6. Wait for the Draw

- This promotional offer applies to money transfer transactions to Nepal only. The promotion is available for eligible transfer services in participating countries, regions, and territories. These Terms and Conditions may be amended, modified, or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of Al Dahab Exchange, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- The value and number of rewards may vary by Emirate. Customers may contact our toll-free number 80032422 or visit the nearest participating branch for more information.
- By completing their first transaction, new customers authorize Al Dahab Exchange to collect and store the information required to process their transaction. Existing customers agree to participate in the promotional draw by submitting eligible transaction details and meeting the promotion requirements.
- A customer shall be deemed ineligible for the promotion, or Al Dahab Exchange may refuse, withdraw, or cancel any promotional benefit if:
- Required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; or
- The customer fails to comply with or breaches the General Terms and Conditions of Al Dahab Exchange.
- Customers are responsible for paying all applicable transaction fees and charges. This promotional offer is applicable only to personal remittance transactions sent to Nepal.
- The promotional prizes consist of cash prizes and 20 mobile phones. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for any alternative prize or cash equivalent unless otherwise determined by Al Dahab Exchange.
- The total number and value of cash prizes and the distribution schedule will be announced by Al Dahab Exchange. Winners will be selected through promotional draws conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- All prizes must be claimed within 60 days from the date of winner announcement. Any unclaimed prize after this period may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Al Dahab Exchange.
- Corporate transactions, cancelled transactions, refunded transactions, and any transaction that does not comply with the promotion requirements are not eligible for the promotional draw.
- Al Dahab Exchange, its employees, agents, and authorized representatives shall not be liable for any delay, error, omission, or loss resulting from system failures, technical issues, force majeure events, acts of God, government actions, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Al Dahab Exchange shall not be responsible for any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) incurred by any participant in connection with any third-party product or service offered as part of this promotion.
